I can't log on with my old DVDTOWN.com account. Why is this?

This is because Movie Metropolis requires you to create a new account. It is not possible to transfer your account to the new site. You can create a new account here: http://moviemet.com/user

What happened to all the titles I added to my collection on DVDTOWN.com?

If you want to transfer your collection to the new site you need to do the following:

1. Create a new account on Movie Metropolis.
2. Send your new username to collection@moviemet.com
3. We will then contact you on how to proceed. Please note that we will not be able to start the process before mid January 2012.
