Amazon.com confirms Lord of the Rings on Blu-ray

Amazon.com now takes pre-orders and shows cover art for Blu-ray version of "The Lord of Rings."

No specific release date is given. Only the box art (shown left) and a SRP of $99.98.

Also, this is the theatrical cuts, not the extended editions, which are believed to be released closer to the theatrical release of the first Hobbit movie.
