This looks to be a good sampler, though "Coast to Coast Bigmouth" is conspicuously missing—included in an earlier "best of" DVD. Here's the announcement:

On May 1, Image Entertainment will release 20 classic episodes personally handpicked by comedy genius and creator/producer Carl Reiner with "The Dick Van Dyke Show: Carl Reiner’s Favorites." These special selections from the man behind the legendary series will be available for an MSRP of $24.98.
