PETE'S DRAGON flies onto Blu-ray in a 35th Anniversary Edition

Disney will release "Pete's Dragon," with its combination of live action and animation, on Blu-ray for the first time October 16 and sporting an all-new digital restoration in a 2-Disc Blu-ray Combo 35th Anniversary Edition. 

"Pete's Dragon" features Helen Reddy singing the Oscar-nominated "Candle on the Water" and the comedic talents of Mickey Rooney and (if you can pick her out under all the mud and grime) Shelly Winters.
