Lionsgate just announced that "Good Will Hunting: 15th Anniversary Edition" will be released on August 21 in a 15th Anniversary Edition that includes two brand new features: "Reflecting on a Journey: Good Will Hunting 15 Years Later" and "Matt Damon Remembers Good Will Hunting." It's priced at $14.99. Or, you could buy the current edition now at Amazon for $9.24. That's two ways to add a great film to your collection.

One of the most unforgettable films of the 1990s celebrates its 15th anniversary with the Lionsgate Home Entertainment release of "Good Will Hunting: 15th Anniversary Edition" on Blu-ray Disc and Digital Download on August 21st. The inspirational story of a headstrong, working-class genius and his psychologist took home two Academy Awards in 1997 - Best Actor in a Supporting Role, Robin Williams; Best Original Screenplay for co-stars Matt Damon and Ben Affleck - and was nominated for seven others, including a Best Actor nod for Damon and a Best Supporting Actress nod for Minnie Driver. Launching the careers of Damon ("The Bourne Identity," "Ocean's Eleven") and Affleck ("Shakespeare In Love," "The Town"), who co-wrote and starred in the film, the Blu-ray is loaded with special features including newly recorded retrospective interviews with cast and crew, a new interview with Damon looking back on his experience of making the film and much more.

Given "Two Big Thumbs Up" by Siskel & Ebert and hailed as "The Best Picture of the Year" by CBS-TV, the film also stars Stellan Skarsgård ("The Avengers") and Casey Affleck ("Ocean's Eleven") and was directed by Academy Award nominee Gus Van Sant (Best Achievement in Directing, "Milk," 2008).
